Located just North of Panama City Beach, Florida, on the Choctawhatchee River, we are 15 minutes away from the ECP International Airport and 25 minutes from the beaches. We are looking for monthly rentals by snowbirds for January and February. Spring, Summer, and Fall are great months for two-day rentals or weekly rentals. Close by are hiking trails, natural springs, and a golf course.

The Guest House is a riverfront property located on the historic Choctawhatchee River. It is one of three houses at Choctaw Lodge Retreat Bed and Breakfast. Only 25 minutes from Panama City Beach. It is centrally located near state parks, hiking trails, and natural springs. With a beautiful river view, this property also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a grill below, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with one queen and one double. The living room couch also makes out into a bed. Great wi-fi, ROKU TV. This property also offers canoeing and kayaking at no extra charge.
