Additional Info: Looking for a seasonal renter for my home in Pinellas Park, Florida. A very simple, home in a well-maintained neighborhood.

Additional Comments: Furnished Seasonal Rental for 3-6 months. Convenient location. You can walk to golf course. Community activities. Heated pool. Initial deposit is 1st and last month's rent and security deposit. Rent covers up to $200 of electricity per month. Must be approved by ho association and a lease is required. Only rented out 1x per year. Preference for applicants who want to return again. Nice quiet neighborhood. You will never run out of things to do in the area of this home… just very peaceful as well. A privately owned golf course is less than a mile away. It is very popular. There is also an automobile museum, Derby Lanes, the beaches and many small business restaurants to enjoy. Tampa is just over the Gandy bridge as well. There is also a local park next to community, which is Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf. There are community activities at Mainlands. Note: No dishwasher. Old-fashioned dishwashing practiced here, but top of the line WIFI! Thank you for visiting my post.
