My 3/2 spacious furnished home, has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings with fans, central air with a den and a lanai. The community 55+ offers club houses, workout rooms, pools, jacuzzis and activities. All utilities are included. Home is located on RT 41 to all local stores and restaurants, within miles to our beautiful costal beaches of Sarasota County.
I am looking for a clean, respectful 2 person occupancy only. Non-smokers, and No pets allowed.
Oct-May 2026, any 4 month minimum.
Requirements are: $1000 for security deposit, first month’s rent and a background check from our community office.
