Our condo is in a clean, quiet, well-maintained 2 story building (only 16 units in total) and has all desired amenities, including a waterfront pool with barbeque and sun lounge patio area, boat docks, kayak and bike racks, fish cleaning table etc. Centrally located property (off of US1 and mile marker 50) minutes from Sombrero Beach, walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and entertainment venues, Home Depot and movie theater. 50 minute drive to Key West, 30 minutes to Isla Morada.
